When Transition Birthed Transformation
During a tough season filled with transitions that tested my spirit and strength, the Being Eve Prayer Room came to life. It all started one evening when I was deep in prayer, reflecting on how God had pulled me through, kept me, and showered me with love. As I asked Him, "Lord, what can I do for You?" He responded clear as day, "Build Me a Prayer Room." I had no idea what prayer rooms were or how to even start. But, one thing I have learned about serving the Lord. When He commissions you, He gives you exactly what you need to do, to fulfill what He has directed. And just like that, the Being Eve Prayer Room was born—a space designed by divine instruction!
Our Story
Why 'Being Eve'?
Named after the first woman, Eve, this space embodies a return to our first love, to that intimate conversation and communion with God. It's about getting back to basics, back to where His voice is clear and His presence is palpable.
Our Mission and Meetups
From our very first gathering on April 27, 2023, we've come together every Thursday night at 9 PM without fail. It's our weekly date with destiny, where women from all walks of life connect, share, and grow. Each session is a journey—through worship, through the Word, and through heartfelt prayers that echo through our lives.
Here’s What We Do:
We dive into Bible study with real talk and real questions. We pray—oh, how we pray!—pouring out our hearts and lifting each other up. And through it all, we discover how to be houses of prayer, becoming bridges that carry God’s glory from the heavens to the earth.
